Apple Unveils Much Anticipated iPhone 14 in ‘Far Out’ Event

Apple ‘Far out’ event was one of the most awaited events post-pandemic, as iPhone lovers were eagerly waiting for the launch of the iPhone-14 series. The event took place on 7th September in Steve Jobs Theatre in Cupertino. As expected, Apple launched a range of impressive devices globally in its first in-person event on Wednesday. The event was kick-started by Apple CEO Tim Cook.

Features And Specifications:

The newly launched iPhone-14 series has bedazzled brand lovers with impressive features and looks. iPhone 14 and 14 Plus comes with 6.1-inch and 6.7inch OLED screen with a notch respectively. Both phones have 12 MP cameras like the previous model and run on A15 Bionic. The new devices will have a 49% improvement in low-light scenarios. The devices will be available in 5 magnificent colors-midnight, starlight, purple, and product red.

More astonishing changes have come in the top models iPhone 14 pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max come with a new A-16 Bionic and striking 48 MP camera. The devices feature a punch whole display, which is a major design shift from previous models. There are two cutouts, one includes the Face ID Component and the other one has from the facing camera. The handset will be available in Space Black, Silver, Gold, and Deep Purple colors.

Another remarkable product launched during the event is the Apple Watch Ultra with a new 49mm titanium case, 60 hours of battery life, and precision dual frequency GPS. Apple Watch Series offers a new feature, which contains a crash detection capability sensor that will only activate when the user is driving and that it can track changes in body temperature. Apple Watch SE has been a fantastic choice for individuals looking for a budget-friendly wearable to connect with their iPhone’s. It has features such as an optical heart rate sensor, fall detection, a Retina OLED display, emergency SOS, and water resistance up to 50 meters.

Apple Prices In India & Important Dates:

Prices for the products have been kept in the range of Rs.30,000-1,40,000. iPhone 14 and 14 Plus start at 79,900 and 89,900 respectively, while iPhone Pro and iPhone Pro Max comes at starting price of 1,29,900 and 1,39,900. The dazzling Apple Watch Ultra would cost the brand lovers Rs 89,900. Apple Watch SE 2 and Apple Watch series have starting prices of 29,900 and 45,900.

Back on stage Apple CEO, Tim Cook called the new iPhone Pro and Pro Max  Best Ever iPhone. Pre-orders for all the new models will start on 9th September and Sales will begin from 16th September.

The tech giant has also discontinued older models like iPhone 11, iPhone 12 mini, 13 Pro, and 13 Pro Max. The old models have been replaced by new models like it does every year. These models will only be available till the stock lasts with retailers across the world. The market leader has announced that from now on it will only manufacture 5 G-enabled mobile phones.
