We always hear that the correct diet is as important to get that perfect shape as the workout is. Leading Nutrition Expert Sushmita Thadhani fitness journey is the perfect example of this theory, which has become the thumb rule of a great fitness regimen. Sushmita has herself transformed from an unhealthy, overweight person to a healthy, active, and charming nutrition and fitness expert.
Quest For Fitness :
Things were not the same a few years back, though. Sushmita recalls,“I was an overweight girl, also low on self-esteem. Most of the time, binge-ate junk food. This cycle went on for years and started affecting my health. So I decided to change it for the better.” She then joined a gym and got inspired after meeting people who were extremely passionate about fitness. But she noticed that a few days of not hitting the gym would again return to weight gain. So, she started consulting dietician, who would suggest fancy diets like Keto, Paleo, and Vegan to help her get back in shape. The results were temporary and unsatisfactory.
Finding The Absolute Path :
That’s when she understood losing weight doesn’t equate to being fit. To dig deeper into the fitness domain, she decided to specialize in nutrition. Sushmita says “ I never knew this is going to be THE BEST decision of my life. Not only I was in a position to help myself, but several other people who were stuck in the vicious cycle of losing and gaining weight, while going through rigorous workout plans.”
Sushmita USPs:
In 2017 she started as a full-time Nutrition and Fitness Expert. After becoming a nutrition specialist, she has helped many of her clients achieve 360-degree transformation. Her fitness plans are mix of indoor & outdoor activities, regular gym workouts, swimming, and yoga. Even diet charts take care of the taste buds of her clients. For Sushmita, Thadhani fitness is not about leaving everything you love, just for the sake of getting that lean shape. It’s about being healthy inside out and enjoying the journey wholeheartedly.
